Your pack shipment
> Packages are generally dispatched within a working day after receipt of payment, mostly from Vilnius, Lithuania. Some parcels are shipped from Riga, Latvia, depending on stock availability.
> To Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) we offer free express shipping, via LP Express, Venipak, Omniva or DPD, for orders above €150.
> To international addresses we ship for free via registered mail orders above €150 - it will take about 4-5 working days for EU deliveries.
> Express delivery to the USA (using EMS / Post) takes about 14 days as customs get involved.
If you would like you have express shipment outside the Baltics please leave a comment with your order or send us an Email - we will find the optimal solution.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Normally the tracking code is available in the order page, we are working to automatise it further and make more convenient for you, but we are small and slow. Unfortunately, we are not able to specify at the moment whether the parcel is shipped from Vilnius or Riga, though the tracking code itself contains either LT or LV. We think that 17track is more convenient for tracking international shipments, disregards the country of origin.
> Full-priced articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days since purchase. Only applies to items without any signs of wear and with original package. It is not possible to return fragrances.
> Sale items can be only exchanged for another item or online credit.
> Items have to be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you. The original shoe box has to be in a reasonable condition and without postal labels.
> Please ensure that you have a proof of purchase.
> The cost of return to Šušop (Užupio g.15-3, 01202 Vilnius, Lithuania) is your responsibility except agreed otherwise. In an unlikely case of a faulty item or, more likely, our mistake of some kind, we will refund the cost of shipping via registered mail.
