Your pack shipment
> Packages are generally dispatched within a working day after receipt of payment, mostly from Lithuania. Some parcels are shipped from Latvia, depending on stock availability.
> To Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) we offer free express shipping, via LP Express, Venipak, Omniva or DPD, for orders above €150.
> To international addresses we ship for free via registered mail orders above €150 - it will take about 4-5 business days for EU deliveries.
> Delivery to the USA (National Post express service) takes up to 12 business days as customs get involved.
If you would like you have express shipment outside the Baltics please leave a comment with your order or send us an Email - we will find the optimal solution.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Normally the tracking code is available in the order page. We recommend using 17track for tracking international shipments.
Returns
> Full-priced articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days since purchase. Only applies to items without any signs of wear and with original package. It is not possible to return fragrances.
> Sale items can be exchanged for another item or online credit, please contact us via Email: welcome@susop.eu.
> Items have to be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you. The original shoe box has to be in a reasonable condition and without postal labels.
> The cost of return to Šušop warehouse (Žalioji g.4, 00176 Palanga, Lithuania) is your responsibility except agreed otherwise.
> Please inform us about the return before shipping back the product so that we can track it.
