Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods, without providing a reason. This applies to all online purchases made on our website.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email to welcome@susop.eu). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to the address we provide upon your notification to welcome@susop.eu, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The return address may differ from our registered address (Užupio g.15-3, 01202, Vilnius, Lithuania) and will be confirmed after your notification. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, if applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the goods delivered are faulty, non-conforming, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee (Directive 1999/44/EC, as implemented in Lithuania). Please contact us at welcome@susop.eu to report the issue within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. We will cover the costs of returning faulty goods and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, in accordance with EU consumer law.
